A standard Trojan bath is the weakest of our baths but rest assured this bath is still a punchy unit. Made from a 5mm acrylic sheet with fiberglass resin and an encapsulated base board - the bath is a well-built, strong bath and always a top seller. Trojan are one of the leading acrylic bath manufactures in the UK.
At the top of our scale is the Beauforte Ultra strong reinforced bath. Arguably the strongest acrylic bath available on the market. Giving you the thickest, warmest and deepest bath. Hotels, holiday rentals and busy large households plus the heavier consumer generally select this option.
Between these two we have the TrojanCAST – the strongest Trojan option available and, on each of the standard Trojan and Beaufort options, we can add our own Fortified cast - with comparable strength to their reinforced cousins this makes for an excellent value option.
TrojanCast
Trojancast’s British racing green resin jacket covers the entire underside of the bath adding real strength and insulating properties. The additional bath thickness reduces the heat of the water being lost through the side walls, keeping your water hotter for longer.
TrojanCast is an intensive reinforcement process offered by Trojan to all the standard acrylic baths. This reinforcement process results in each bath being incredibly strong and hard-wearing.
TrojanCast results in a bath that has extra strength and rigidity – traditionally attributes only associated with cast iron baths. Ideal for larger families, hotels, B&Bs and rented accommodation.
Ultra Strong Beauforte - Our strongest bath available.
An ocean blue jacket, the materials from which the Beauforté baths are constructed are incredibly strong and hard wearing. This market leading reinforcement process results in a product that is as strong as a steel bath and almost double the strength of a typical acrylic bath. This result gives a more rigid bath with no movement or flexibility when you shower or bath.
The standard 5mm bath is made storm proof by the proprietary fibre and resin mix The extra reinforcement in the Beauforté adds an additional layer of insulation to the underside of the bath. This means that the warm bath temperature is retained for much longer. A long relaxing soak can be enjoyed with no need to top up with hot water, less wasteful and good for the environment
Proprietary Fortified Cast - Available on both Trojan and Beaufort baths.
A fiery orange jacket highlights the fortified nature of this option. With a minimum added 450gm Fibreglass Chopped Strand Mat, combined with our Polyester resign to provide a cost effective reinforcement to both the Standard Trojan and Standard Beaufort.
