How we can help our disabled customers

Many of our products have health benefits.  However, we like to go the extra mile to try and help bring this to you.

VAT FREE

If you have a chronic sickness or disability then many of our products, including our whirlpool spa baths, walk in baths etc may be VAT exempt.  Simply call us on 01443 842446 to discuss.  Also, think about what other products you might need.  For example, you will need a tap, maybe some flooring and something to cover the walls.  All could be VAT Free. And don't forget to ask your installer for a VAT Free installation too!

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

We will do our best to offer you a delivery service on our own vehicle at no extra cost.  The benefit for this is we can help bring products into the property, remove the packaging  - and all at no extra cost.

CONSULTANCY

We have trained staff who have worked in the education sector  supporting those with disabilities.  Combined with our knowledge of accessible products we can offer free consultation.  Guiding you through the process of selecting products to make life easier and more accessible.
