This item is an extended warranty period for a Whirlpool Spa bath that has either already been purchase from us within the last year or one that is being purchased through us or one of our partners.  The extended warranty extends the warranty period by an additional 12 months from the original order date. 

Within the warranty period, should a fault develop, such as a leak or faulty whirlpool system, an engineer would call to site.

IMPORTANT NOTE:  We cannot extend the warranty outside of the initial warranty period.  This item must be purchased when placing an order or within a year of purchase.

Should an engineer be sent to site, the bath and fault must be accessible.

Scottish Highlands and areas outside the UK mainland are a parts only warranty and do not include engineer visits.
